Rent Collection Service

If you're happy to handle the day-to-day maintenance and management of your property, but would prefer us to take away the stress of collecting the rent, then this service would work best for you.

Fully Managed Service

For an all-encompassing and completely hands-free approach, choose this service giving you complete peace of mind. This service is the most popular with our landlords throughout Surrey and London. Whichever service you choose, we will always represent your best interests, keeping you up to date with the whole rental process and be available to answer any questions you have along the way. Our business is built on customer satisfaction and we will treat the rental of your property as if it was our own.

Rent Collection Only

10% +VAT of monthly rent (12.2% inc. VAT)
  • Set-up fee - £350 +VAT (£420 inc. VAT)
  • Advice on local market conditions and provide rental assessment
  • Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
  • Prepare advertising material
  • Marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla & Prime Location
  • Accompanied viewings 7 days a week
  • Industry leading robust reference checks
  • Negotiate terms of proposed tenancy, subject to approval and satisfactory references
  • Prepare and execute tenancy and related legal documentation
  • Arrange protection of deposit in Government Approved Scheme or Reposit
  • Notify utility companies and local authority at the start & end of tenancy
  • Comply with NRL & HMRC requirements
  • Collect and remit rent to a nominated bank account
  • Provide monthly statements of income and expenditure
  • Payment of outgoings from rental income, if instructed
  • Make formal rent demands and operate a rent arrears process, in the event of rent arrears
  • Advise on and arrange repairs and instruct pre-approved contractors, in line with statutory law
  • Manage security deposit dilapidation negotiations and prepare and submit evidence in necessary
