This is our first time renting with Hirsch Estates and we have had a good experience. Gerry and Rafal were on site to show us around the house and were very helpful with their suggestions. They got the paperwork underway asap and were so lovely and patient throughout the whole process. We are first time landlords with one property, currently let by Hirsch Estates. Gerry and Rafal are very attentive, professional and caring. They really went all out to find suitable tenants with nothing being too much trouble for them. On top of all this, they are likeable humans with a great sense of humour! Due to rotational working, we regularly have to move home and so we’ve dealt with our fair share of estate agents - from great to not so great. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Gerry and Raf at Hirsch Estates and have to say our experience was something else entirely, surpassing even the best dealings we have had in the past.

From the moment we booked a viewing to completing and now sorting out the property management, Gerry and Raf were on top of everything. They knew the property inside out, answering all our questions and even helping us figure out stuff like utility costs. They really took the time to understand what we needed, offering advice and guidance that felt tailor-made for us.

What really stood out about Hirsch Estates was how much they cared about customer service. Gerry and Raf were always there when we needed them, quick to respond to our questions and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Dealing with completion paperwork is usually a headache, but they made it smooth and easy with their proactive communication. We found them to be transparent, honest and felt we could trust them completely from the outset, which made the process a lot less stressful

Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of Hirsch Estates and the exceptional service they provided. Their professionalism, expertise, and  dedication to their clients makes them really stand out from the crowd. Gerry and Rafal were very proactive in the process leading up to the tenancy and beyond. They listened carefully to what we said and were very generous with their advice. As a Landlord I’ve had a fabulous experience engaging Hirsch Estates on a fully managed service and I honestly believe they set the bar and highly recommend them!
From initial contact, communications were fast, efficient, and transparent.  Within a week of advertising viewings took place following their diligent screening of applicants and the property was let, contracts signed days later.
Communication, attention to detail and their proactive attitude for me is what sets them apart from other agents I’ve worked with along with their rapid response to close actions and any queries.
Prior to check-in, their attention to detail highlighted minor improvements/repairs required which they swiftly managed to ensure the tenancy got off to a good start and it seems they invest the time and effort up front to minimise issues going forward.
I am so impressed at the professionalism and service level they offer and above all Gerry and Rafal are such lovely people with extensive experience of the business and in-depth knowledge of legislation.
